Return Policy

COVID-19 Update: With the pandemic still in effect, the policy shall be overwritten to wherever this may take affect to. All returns will be done at a case by case basis. We will not accept the return of the products for our employees safety and we will provide store credit after reviewing the case itself. Please contact support for more information or to start a refund.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and with a copy of proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3-5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. If by then you have not received your refund, please do not hesitate to contact customer support.
